Shotter (17), an energetic and kind hearted boy, is the son of a mythical champion from the Neon Nation. Shotter is optimistic and likes to dream big. He can be cocky and even hot headed at times, but deep down he means well. He might not be the brightest cookie in the jar when it comes to solving puzzles and riddles (or so he thinks), but what he lacks in intellect he makes up in agility and athleticism. He desires to prove that he can be the Legendary Hero that the Neon Nation needs.

Karen (16) is a extremely smart, kind, confident, and protective teenage girl. Karen is not the common ‘love interest’ that the hero has to save every so often; she is a strong woman, capable of protecting herself, others, and even the main hero. Don’t let that pretty face fool you, she is the smartest person in any room including the battlefield.  No matter the predicament she will find a way to come out on top. She desires to protect Shotter at all cost.

Ichi (17) is an independent and loyal dude with a strong sense of justice. Ichi has an aggressive attitude, using strong language and rude words to communicate his feelings. As a young orphan growing up in the streets he experienced the cruelty of the world first hand; as a result he doesn’t trust people and has a difficult time opening up to others. He desires to master his Fauna abilities.

Emaru (22) is the missing prince of the Diamond Nation, a skilled warrior with a love for the thrill of a fight. He enjoys eating massive quantities of food, fighting, and being bossy. Emaru is laid back and a bit careless about his wardrobe. He doesn't care what anyone thinks of him in general. He has yet to taste defeat in battle,  no one has proven to be a match for him to the point that he gets bored easily.He desires to find the next big challenge, and maybe one day, a worthy opponent.

Kimmie (20), aka The Queen of Spades, is a seductive and deadly member of the organization Black Light. She is confident, fearless and sadistic. Inflicting pain on others gives her extreme satisfaction. Despite her violent tendencies, she is capable of showing true love and compassion to those she cares about.

Reenu (17) is a reserved, polite and strong-willed boy. He seems serious most of the time, however he can be sarcastic when the occasion calls for it. He is very fond of his big brother Emaru and is extremely loyal to him; taking offense if someone portrays him in a negative light. He desires to impress Emaru and show him that he can be more independent and confident.

Tyresse Moss (13) , aka “Furry Ball” is a skilled kid fighter from the Gradient Nation and Karen’s friend. He is cool, serious and disciplined. He uses an electric sword and is naturally gifted with water based techniques. He’s considered a prodigy in his country and was quickly recruited as an intern for The Color Sanctuary. His analytical and tactical skills are no joke. He’s only slightly below Karen in the national rankings. He desires to surpass Karen in any way possible.

Shiro Katsuke (Age: don't ask) is a Grand Master from the Neon Nation. He has built a reputation for training several legendary fighters (including Shotter’s father.) He is heavily sarcastic, and enjoys annoying the living crap out of his students in an effort to teach them a valuable lesson. He desires to make  great champions out of his "lazy students" Shotter and Ichi.
